Gemma made our wedding cake for us and it was stunning. We booked in 2019 after meeting Gemma at a local wedding fayre. We knew after chatting to her and sampling some of her cakes that we wanted to have her make our wedding cake. Cake tasting was one of the most fun parts of our wedding planning and we easily chose our three favourite flavours - carrot cake, white chocolate and raspberry and chocolate orange. Gemma was great when we needed to postpone our wedding and we did not see any charges for this. Coming to the end result - I sent Gemma a few images for inspiration but suggested a few changes I wanted to make. She got it spot on. It truly was what I had imagined. We had a perfect amount of cake left at the end of the night - enough to know that it was enjoyed but enough to fill that freezer drawer I had cleared in readiness. We have had a few pieces since our wedding day and it still tastes just as delicious and moist. I'm looking forward to having some when we receive our photos and wedding video (although I doubt the cake will last to our anniversary, it's too tasty). We have also had plenty of afternoon teas along the way and look forward to using The Copper Kitchen for future celebrations. I would definitely recommend. Love, Mr and Mrs Disley
